Terrarium in plastic box

Is your kid odsessed about different insects, snails or worms?!) If "yes" this post is definitely for you). My oldest can't spend a day without insects: Killian sits on the swing with them and puts them in toy trucks. It's a real big love!) haha)
During another walk we found some snails and of course, my Little K found them really interesting. So, spontaneously I had the idea of a small terrarium for my toddler on our balcony. So, I took a not big transparent plastic box with lid ( form IKEA), made lots of small holes in the lid so as to prevent snails from escaping. Also, I brought soil and plants from the place there we found snails.
But now we need to feed them! We feed them with nettles and plantain. Also, we found that the snails really like apples, cabbage, and... cardboard! Yeah, cardboard) and plenty, plenty of water ( it's better to use spray) because the snails can live without food for a long period of time but without water they will die quickly.  Ваш ребенок без ума от разных насекомых, улиток и червяков?!) тогда этот пост точно для вас). Мой старший не может и дня провести без насекомых: Киллиан с ними и качается на качелях, и катает их в грузовиках.Это действительно большая любовь) хаха)
Во время очередной прогулки мы наткнулись на улиток ( маленьких, диких) и конечно же К. они очень понравились, а у меня спонтанно возникла мысль о маленьком террариуме у нас дома на балконе. Я взяла небольшой прозрачный пластиковый ящик с крышкой (из IKEA), сделала большое кол-во дырок в крышке небольшого диаметра, чтобы улитки не выползли. Также принесла землю и растения из того места, где мы нашли улиток.
Что улитки едят?! Мы даем им крапиву, подорожник. Также мы открыли, что улитки любят яблоки, капусту и... картон! Дада  именно картон) И много, много воды ( лучше пользоваться спреем), т.к улитки могут очень долго жить без еды, но вот без воды они быстро погибнут. Удачи вам с террариумом!)
